Debbie worked in the automotive industry for 26 years, owning Quik Auto Clinic with her husband before semi-retiring in 2020. Retirement only lasted a couple years before the position of General Manager at Mill Bay Marine became available. The challenge was too appealing—she decided to bring all her years of auto repair experience to the boat repair industry.
Debbie has a strong work ethic. She believes that when there is a job to be done, you just need to step up to the plate and get it done. Since joining Mill Bay Marine, she has worked steadily to get the office and service departments operating smoothly.
Debbie enjoys the marine shop and working with the boating clientele. Her number one priority is customer service. She is straight-forward, honest, and believes that communication is the key to a great experience. When you walk away, Debbie wants you to be 100% satisfied.
Aaron comes to Mill Bay Marine with a diverse background in mechanical and electrical engineering. You can say he grew up with mechanics in his blood. He was one of those kids who would take anything with a motor apart, then eventually figure out how to put it all back together. He has great memories of driving his little toy hydroplane around (and yes, he is related to the great Dean Chenoweth of Miss Budweiser fame).
After a short stint in the military, Aaron had an 11-year career with the Department of Defense, earning an Electrical Engineering degree and working in tactical satellite communications. He held numerous leadership positions and enjoyed any challenge set before him.
Aaron moved to Chelan to raise his young family. He lives with his wife and two children on a 20-acre orchard. In the summer, you will find them fishing on the lake or on the motocross track. In the winter, they trade in their dirt bikes for snowmobiles. Every day Aaron drives to work he feels blessed to have found such a great community and to be surrounded by such natural beauty.
When it comes to mechanics, Aaron will not rest until he has your motor humming. His vision is to create a world-class boat mechanic shop that earns your trust each and every day.
